Starting from the Criolin Farm, we will move through verdant streets immersed in the vineyards towards the Hamlet Carossi, where we will be waiting for the Saglietti Farm 1941, which will offer guests some specialties flavored with its precious saffron, such as dark chocolate and grappas.
Continuing we will find on the way the Terre Bianche Farm, which will taste his Majesty the Piedmont Hazelnut, simply toasted or transformed into delicious dark chocolate creams, gianduja or white. A delicious break that knows about our lands, an alternative and delicious snack to consume in front of a breathtaking view open to the surrounding hills.
Once at the Criolin Farm we can taste the excellent typical wines of production, such as Moscato d’Asti DOCG and Barbera d’Asti DOCG, cultivated with passion and competence in this land that has always been dedicated to the vine to wine, a tasting to live in peace observing the shine of the sun on the vineyards. Without even noticing, it will already be time to slowly return to the starting point, enjoying the scent of leaves and freshly mowed hay, bringing home and in the heart the colors and flavors of Piedmont.
The products for tasting and the participating companies may undergo variations according to the seasonality of the products themselves and the possibilities and availability of producers linked to agricultural work in the summer and autumn period.
